go to my documents the find C.C.G.Z.H once you have there should be files there that have like world map option and all that other stuff but one should say skirmish stats. there you find the text that says starting money or sumthing like that then erase that number and put what you want. but if you do that you have ot keep what the money says in the game the same. thanks good luck
