Commandos 3: Destination Berlin Q&A

How do I get into the cheat mode on my pc for commandos 3. I've tried to enter soyincapaz and nothing happends

I have some question:
1. what I must do in mission about interrogation lieutenant in aeroplane and how to
aboard the aeroplane?
2. in mission interrogation, do i kill all soldier in out side the aeroplane then i take
all my soldiers to the aeroplane?...
