If you get hit by a tendril or something, and your health goes to critical, just go to the outpost, into the arena, then leave right away. i found out that after you leave the arena your stats like health and hunger restore. |

this does not work...
you only get restored to full health if you had full health when you entered the arena

You have to kill someone first. Think of it like this:if you kill somebody,you get their health. If someone kills you,they get your health.
