How can I get the custom maps on the deer hunter2005 Ive downloaded custom maps but thats as far as I got. There got to be a easy way

wen i got the cheats from googel it said the cheats will only work if its a sp level

i already bought the 1.3.1 patch it said i purchased it but nothin happened wen i went to the game
