To easily complete the Gauntlets, fly an Ursa Bomber
with Prometius and Flail as primary weapons, and Hornets, Synaptic
Cluster Missiles, and Harbinger Bombs. With this configuration,
you can kill anything. The most trouble you will get is when you
are attacked by Interceptors. Focus on one ship while your turret
fends off the rest. Use Synaptics to destroy clusters of ships,
or to protect yourself if you are overrun. When you engage the
cruiser and destroyer class ships, fire a Synaptic to distract
the fighters for a bit and use double fire Harbingers to severly
damage the capital ship. The Ursa may be slow and unmaneuverable,
but is counterbalanced by its superior fire power and the helpful
turret.
