mix it after you beat the first level (baal) with a portal book to get the secret cow level

to make a cow level

a cow leg

for the secret cow level of course

if u have a horadic cube put the leg inside it with a town portal
u must also be a level 35 + character

oh,its also helpful to have tons of health.the cows killed my 50 necro cause they hit like
400- 1000...lol

i think they hit up to 500,000 hp,they almost took out my hacked-to-the-max paladin who
is lvl 99...>.<so i think u should go on battle.net through the game and buy some
hacked items to help
