Um, I hope I don't break the rules about telling you what grows up into what, but oh well.
I even put it in alfabetical order.
Black Dragon:
Egg- This egg has a faint glow of green around it.
Hatchling- Its eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small
animals.
Adult- Black dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but
also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright
eyes give them excellent night vision, and are one of the main ways to distinguish a black
dragon from an evil dragon, which is a dragon turned evil by magic.
Dark Green or Vine Dragon:
Egg- This egg is sitting in a patch of grass and small flowers even though there's no sun
in the cave.
Hatchling- Aww... It's a cute baby dragon... except for the tangle of dangerous-looking
vines surrounding it.
Adult- Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different
species. However, this isn't true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from
their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. These dragons are very
violent, and will use their vines to capture, kill, and eat anything that moves, as well
as nearby plants. Luckily, their range is limited, and they cannot use magic. Dark green
dragons tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus
are usually surrounded by a large clearing.
Gold Dragon:
Egg- This egg is very reflective, almost metallic looking.
Hatchling- Like the egg it hatched from, it is very shiny, almost glowing.
Adult- Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to
be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar
to armor, and they use this to their advantage whenever they need to battle.
Gray Dragon:
Egg- This egg is surrounded by fog.
Hatchling- Ever since it hatched, the sky has been full of very dark clouds.
Adult- Gray dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers, and land only
to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very
hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring
strong winds and dangerous lightning.
Green Dragon:
Egg- This egg is sitting in a pile of small pebbles.
Hatchling- It enjoys gathering pebbles and other small rocks and putting them in a pile.
Adult- Green dragons are generally "standard" as far as dragons go. The only
special thing about them is they have power over the earth. They can move boulders at high
speeds, create earth spikes, etc. So obviously, their habitat is in the earth, usually
caves.
Magi Dragon:
Egg- This egg has an orange aura radiating from it.
Hatchling- Although, what's with it's eyes And, why does it keep staring at you like that
Adult- Magi dragons are, as their names suggest, primarily magic users. They rarely use
physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is generally everything.
They won't kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in
danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.
Mint Dragon:
Egg- This egg is hidden behind the others, as if it is shy.
Hatchling- It must is very shy, since it keeps hiding from you.
Adult- Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; They eat only plants
unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack
others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons, since they
only double in size when they mature. They cannot use any forms of magic, and cannot fly
since they don't have any wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of
calling dragons "large lizards."
Paper Dragon:
Egg- This egg is tiny and made out of several pieces of paper folded together.
Hatchling- It's made out of paper, and is small and light enough to hold on one finger.
Adult- Paper dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment
enchanted by magic. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their
behavior differs is breeding. Paper dragons cannot breed, and are very susceptible to
fire.
Pink Dragon:
Egg- It's bright. And Pink.
Hatchling- You think it's a girl, although you're not sure how to check.
Adult- Pink dragons, however, are one of the only breeds of only female dragons. They eat
only plants, and meat during mating season when it is brought to them by their mate. Their
bright colors make them easy to spot during dragon mating season, which occurs once every
10 to 20 years and can last up to 2 years.
Purple Dragon:
Egg- Wow, purple isn't a color of egg you expected to see.
Hatchling- You think it's a girl, although you're not sure how to check
Adult- Purple dragons, however, are one of the only breeds of only female dragons. They
eat only plants, and meat during mating season when it is brought to them by their mate.
Their bright colors make them easy to spot during dragon mating season, which occurs once
every 10 to 20 years and can last up to 2 years.
Red Dragon:
Egg- This egg is rather warm.
Hatchling- It occasionally shoots small puffs of smoke from it's nose, like it's trying to
breath fire.
Adult- Red dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly,
etc. However, they aren't evil creatures as depicted in myths, and won't go around raiding
castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats,
from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat
whatever living creatures they can find.
Serpentine Water Dragon:
Egg- This egg is sitting on a small puddle.
Hatchling- It enjoys swimming at the nearby pond.
Adult- When a serpentine water dragon matures, it loses almost all use of its legs as well
as its ability to survive on land and enters the water permanently. They are adept
swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They usually stay in the same
lake their entire life, although a few live in the ocean and swim across the world.
Silver(Male) Dragon:
Egg- This egg gives off a beautiful glow.
Hatchling- It gives off a glow that lights up the cave.
Adult- Silver dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live
in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male silver dragons, hunt and eat meat. While
not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes,
such as strength.
Silver(Female) Dragon:
Egg- This egg gives off a beautiful glow.
Hatchling- It gives off a glow that lights up the cave.
Adult- Silver dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live
in high altitude habitats such as mountains, and like all female dragons, eat meat only
when a male dragon brings it to them. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up
any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans, dragons, and animals
alike.
Stone Dragon:
Egg- This egg is heavy and rough, as if it were made out of rock.
Hatchling- It stays inanimate most of the time except the occasional flicker of movement,
and when it eats.
Adult- Stone dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat
rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer
shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have
wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.
Two-Headed Dragon:
Egg- This egg is split right down the middle into two colors.
Hatchling- Oddly enough, it has two heads that seem to enjoy playing with each other.
Adult- Two headed dragons are a special breed of dragons. They have two necks, two brains,
two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads work usually together, but
there are times when they will fight each other, attacking back and forth. They use their
sharp teeth and wings to hunt large animals, and rarely eat plants. It is unknown what
would happen if a two headed dragon were to mate with a one headed dragon, since it has
never occurred. They only mate within their breed.
White Dragon:
Egg- This egg has a very clean look. It's completely devoid of dirt and scratches.
Hatchling- It has bright blue eyes, and keeps injuring itself, but you can't find the
bruises.
Adult- White dragons are pacifists, and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The
only limit of this magic is that it can't bring back the dead. They only eat plants, and
never kill living things.
Ok, now the strange dragons(chicken).
Blue Dino:
Egg- This egg looks like it doesn't belong, since it has brightly colored spots. It's much
lighter than the other eggs.
Hatchling- You were right, it's not the same species as the other eggs. So if it's not a
dragon, what is it
Adult- Finally, after much feeding, your baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat
almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very
tough stomachs.
Green Dino:
Egg- This egg looks like it doesn't belong, it is brightly colored with white spots.
Green Dinos are the only type of Dino that is able to walk on two legs.
This frees up their front two legs, which they use to catch and eat fish.
Red Dino:
Egg- This egg looks like it doesn't belong, it is brightly colored with white spots. It's
much warmer than the rest of the eggs.
Yellow Dino:
Egg- This egg looks like it doesn't belong, it is brightly colored with white spots. It's
much heavier than the other eggs.
Yellow Dinos have very long necks, which they use to reach and eat food
located high off the ground.
Chicken:
Egg- This egg is a third the size of the other eggs.
Hatchling- This is a baby chick, not a dragon. So what was it doing in the dragon's cave
Adult- Well, your "pet" chick grew up into a chicken, but you're still not sure
how the egg got there...
Christmas Dragon:
Egg- This egg has a holly leaf stuck to it.
Hatchling- It's very festively colored.
Adult- Christmas dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter,
and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general
cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the 'Spirits of Christmas.'
Neglected Dragon:
Egg- Unknown
Hatchling- It looks very sick, as though it wasn't very well looked after...
Adult- This breed of dragons results from an egg or hatchling that has been neglected.
They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them.
However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to
other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.
Un-Dead Dragon:
Egg- Unknown
Hatchling- It's an undead baby dragon, produced by casting a spell on a dead dragon. It
probably would be cute if it wasn't partially decayed.
Adult- Attempting to revive a dead dragon results in this hellish creature. It's extremely
dangerous, as its aim is to kill all living creatures. Perhaps experimenting on your dead
dragon with magic wasn't such a good idea.
