I only got it once so there is no garuntee that this will work for u. Okay, when i was farming for a doom wep. I used the gorgok quest. And i did it over and over again until i had enough. Well when i was about 3 k from my goal i defeated gorgok and he droped some super dragon chow. My guess is that it can only be obtained through doing a titan battle and getting luck. There is like a one in a million chance of this though.
