 Go to Amityvale and kepp going right until there is 2 passages. Go to the south one. Then
do the quest and there is a 75% chance you will get a good weapon.

You can also do the "Crystal Clear Lake" Quest and get a Lvl 17 Silver Axe, Dagger or Staff
