Shadow Ruins Portal


I put the crystal into the alter at the Shadow Ruins, but I did not make it into the portal in time and it closed. I tried too take the crystal out and try it again but it won't let me. How do I get the portal to reopen.

I have the same problem.


After I fought 7200 monsters, 1523 undead, a giant eye, and 4 wizards the door was closed.
Could someone help us Paleeeese? I'm getting older as I sit here and I don't have much
time left. Sure would like to finish this before I have to go.............

I also have same problem


after I've put the crystal the portal was open, but disappears in one second! I've tried
to use save game editor to teleport my hero into the shadow ruins but can't do it... Can
someone give elfen female save game after this portal (in shadow ruins exactly)?
