I bought a deed to Rethan Manor and was given a description where it is. But so far I have been unable to find it. Help me ! Where is Rethan Manor?

Rethan manor is on odai plateau. But i dont know what happened to the noble ion...


Rethan manor is on odai plateau. But i dont know what happened to the noble ion charge of it. He needs to be killed for one of the Telvanni missions

I'm in the same spot. But, i do remember playing it before and it was there. I think it
has to be built over a period of missions and it will appear. don't hold me to that though
