just attack the city and it should destroy the place and than it becomes a flat

u have to attack it alot loyalty has to be at 0 to get the city.

just attack it a alot until the loyalty is 0
in lvl 1 npc you need 1k archers 5k warriors and to get a resources you will need
transporters

wait for begginer thing to end or upgrade town hall to level 5.

You need Ballistas

u need to attack it many many times to get loyalty to 0.its best if your alliance helps u.
