Ok you must have some guil(stealth skill) and some health and mana potions 25-100+ of each then go to the shop keeper at the door to Look Out point in Bowerstone
South chat to him and buy all of his health and mana potions on bulk and then sell all of yours and his in bulk now buy them back of him then sell then buy etc.
Then when your done you will recieve some skill points around about 500-2000.
P.S I have and always carry around with me about 300,000 cash to spend.
