Guy i can't install fallout 3 1.7 patch,because it's bringing an error with something like: can not find library ... (i don't remember it's continue)so if you can solve my problem please help.

Well when ever I type in a cheat the game says it can't be found, I know these cheats are currect but why aren't they working? Anyone know a solution? And yes the cheat thing is actually coming up.

No matter how many times I press the ` key the console will not open for me. Whats wrong? I even tried 4 different keyboards.
