armory building on the pier level


how do i get in to the armory building to blow it up? the door wont open and i have a key card and i have also tried shooting the window, nothing works please help?

i have just past pier level.armory building door have bug,all you need is to load the
checkpoint before armory building and the door will open,try captlle time.
