Trust me I’m very experienced at manager Sims after playing them for 10 years.

Mathieu Flamini a must buy can pick him up for around about 4 million if played just behind a midfield 3 in a DM holding role will become world football of the year every year, best part is he is only 18 at start of the game so he has a lot of seasons in him. if you play him there he is guaranteed to average at least 8.5 and will dramatically cut down the number of goals you conceded.

This cheat will be handy to you but if you are a Scottish team buy Kris body and Derek Riordan they will be great up front together and they are cheap in my game they turned worth 4 million.

If you want a striker guaranteed to score you goals then you need Zigic, he is 4cm taller than peter Crouch! he is almost guaranteed to get you 40 goals a season, as Arsenal his goals won me the champions league, he got 40 goals in 42 games. He costs about 7 million but he will get a lot of assists, for me he got 20. His name is Nikola Zigic and he plays for redstar, 202cm with a finishing of 20, jumping 20, heading 20 and strength 20. GREAT BUY!

Also another hot prospect is Gary Hooper a striker who plays with Grays Athletic he gets better each season and is very cheap! Stewart Downing is absolute quality left winger and so is Dijibril Cisse (20-30) goals a season and Jermain Defoe (17-25)!

Jaime Carragher - Billy Jones plays for crew can play everywhere in defense always consistent 18 years old pay 2.5 million 2 get this quality player.

Totti - Stefano Chucka Ococka plays for Foma under 20s play him when he turns 18 he may be a striker he doesn’t score that much but he makes the team play better and becomes very valuable he can go up to 25 million after 3 seasons.

Buffon - Curci the Roma keeper he is already amazing don’t wait jus keep playing him he is very consistent doesn’t let you down after 3 seasons becomes the Italian keeper over Buffon.

Ronaldo - Kerlon this guy bags goals for fun just like Ronaldo you will have 2 wait 4 1 season because you can not sign Brazilian players when they are seventeen best finisher for his age.

Cristiano Ronaldo - Bruno Gama this guy is quality brilliant shots and quality crosses can he plays for Porto and you can buy him for 400k great buy.

Although this season's installment is indeed more difficult than it's previous incarnation, I still managed to complete an irresistible treble of Champions League, League and FA Cup in the second season with my beloved Everton . With my youth - orientated side I have since gone on to win four subsequent titles and two more European cups. So yes, it is possible. Here's a few pointers:

Invest heavily in promising teenagers as soon as you can and develop them with world - class coaches and appropriate training schedules for each position. NB - If you find good coaches then their reputations will soar to 'World Class' within a season or two. The more coaches the better. Same goes for scouts; the best scouts will obviously discover the best new talent.

Then just watch your players' attributes soar!

At the start of each season, keep an eye on quality players who are in the last year of their contract. Register your interest in them and they might consider their options, particularly if you have had recent successes. This way you can snap them up for free in the summer or else get them for a knockdown price in the transfer window. In this fashion, I acquired Fred, Lyon's Brazilian striker, for 4m. He has since gone on to become the best striker in the world, averaging over 8 and 40 goals a season.

Keep your team talks motivational rather than disparaging to keep your sqaud on top form. Same goes for commenting on other managers.
