Just use fm scout. search for players with potential ability when they are at a tender age of 18 or below. develop them and they will be your future star.

For all teams below and including the championship, scout southamptons Jamie Hatch and Exeter City's Liam Sercombe as the both have brilliant potential. I am Exeter and Liam Sercombe was playing in my first team when he was 15. Sercombe has several premiership sides trying to sign him in real life, including spurs. SIGN IF POSSIBLE. BOTH REALLY CHEAP.

Search for a team called (Colo Colo)then look at their players, their is a striker called Millan you can sign him on a free transfer, He is only 16 and becomes worldclass after 1-2 seasons.

Try and get these players for bigger teams (more than 1mil)

To make good goalkeepers are to set the new training for the goalkeepers and make the goalkeeping training bar full = intensive and the other attributes you can adjust by yourself. i am with albinoleffe and have this youngster, davide milesi. i trained him and become good goalkeeper that make top strikers as torres, podolski, ibrahimovic and others at bay .. =D

Doyle is great goal scorein person i am west ham and i bought him for 13.5m im in the last game of the season and he has scored 29 goals he is a great sighnin for an average team like west ham fulham middlesbourogh

These AWWWWWEESOME players are young to start & dey wil mature to be superb players performing consistently..HIGHLY Recommended....

I went on as Swansea Manager and stuck with them, in 5 seasons I've got them into the premiership, I got lucky with a few signings, like Billy Sharp (ST) and Vassiriki Diaby (MC) who fell out with their clubs and got thrown on the transfer list, but I've signed Tony Butcher and Bogdan Shust both goalkeepers, and believe me they are brilliant, they're both young, but won't let in many goals in a season. Laurito up front with Lupoli makes a great partnership and Billy Sharp and Victor Moses provide great cover. If you like playing a long ball over the top then look no further than Gabriel Agbonlahor,his pace is fightening. Generally the best team to raid for players is Shaktar Donetsk, loads of young players with great potential and if you can get a few of them they gel really quickly, worth a look. Almost forgot Gyfli Sigurdsson is another young talent worth signing, and if you find he plays terrible you're guaranteed to double your money on him.

Go on the fm editor and select a lower league club you want to take charge of.

wack up their reputation to full and boost their finances to make yourself rich. also make your training facilities to noch

this will allow you to sign some awesome youth players and as you are in the lower league they play every game and become awesome.

this has worked awesomely for me and you should try it

also try out things with the editor my fave so far was changing wayne rooneys age to be 13 and letting him come through my youth ranks :) immense is the only word you can use

Go on Footy manager file and there should b a thing called editor placed sum where . . . go on it and load database then wen it cums up search da club ya lukin for then edit their finances to lyk 250million then do ya transfer budget then there ya go ope it helps

Be an average club like stoke city and then be a dead rich club like chelsea. be chelsea and make the biggest offer you can for one of stokes wost players then ya get lodza money!!

To use this you need to use the fm editor which will allready be installed with the game. to find it go to start>programs.sports interactive>fm editor. go to file(top left) load database. choose default and click ok. The database may take a while to load. when it loads up change what you want. remember to keep saving it. when you have finished editing what you want then save it in a suitable name and close the window. Start the game and go on "new game". a window will pop up. choose the file you save not default and carry on. all the stuff you put into the editor should be there.

This will not work on a previasly saved game!!!!!!

I first found this guy on Football Manager 05 and have bought him on every game since:
SERGEY KISLIY (BELARUS)
He is superb. I signed him for 450,000 pounds from MTZ-Ripo (Belarus). By the January transfer market he was worth 6.25 mil despite him hardly ever playing. At the end of the season he was worth 10.25 mil. He is SUPERB! He is 19 on the FM07. He has played 7 international games and scored 9 goals.

Goalkeeper Oscar Ustari is an amazing keeper from independiente. pld 50 for me and only conceded 20. Luke Moore of aston villa is gr8.pld 52 for me and scored 46!
At the end of each season look at the boca juniors team,cause they usually av 1 or 2 gud youngsters (and i mean Brilliant!) also check the rest of the argentine teams for great youngsters. Hope this helps you out!

Im on my 10th season wiv arsenal, vela (28 now) is amazing. 40+ goals a season, rhys murphy 25+ assists aswell. on my 8th season, i had vela on 41 goals, bojan on 37 goals, murphy on 26 assists and lucas on 31 assists. i won everything. so my advise get lucas from gremio 1st season for 6 mil, bojan from barca on a free 1st season, and if your arsenal vela and murphy will be there already, if not vela would probably cost an arm and a leg, murphy should be cheap. hope this helps
