How do i get work permit for my players

I tried renewing some of my players contract,but it was denied bcos they wont be given work permit,so how do i get them work permit?

The reason why they are not getting a work permit is because they havant played enough international games to earn one. Unfortunatly you cant do anything about it, so you could losse them on frees.
