Load up the FM Editor, by following these steps:
START > All Programs > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2007 > Editor
> FM Editor

Load up the database that you want to use, by going to File > Load Database. Otherwise,
you can just the Hotkey 'Ctrl+O'.

When that has loaded, find the club that you want to change the funds of, and go to their
'Finance' page.

From there, you can change the club's Balance, the Budget that is given, and other things
to do with the club's Balance Sheet.

One good thing to do, is to tick the 'Sugar Daddy' box. Basically, it means that the
Chairman will keep pumping money in to the club.

and how do i save it????

Simply go to File > Save Database.

It should prompt you to save a new database, so all you have to do is to name the
database, and add any extra crap you want in there.

i have tried to change the clubs money to the highest i could in the last game but it wont
go any higer then 25million am i doing something wrong

is there a data edidtor for the xbox 360 version

I've found the same prob, it won't let you give clubs high amounts (£30M +) except for
Chelsea?! Who when I tried reducing their transfer funds in the Editor, the actual game
reinstated to £66M?! There's obviously some built-in defaults it won't let you override.
