Football Manager 2008 Hints

Step one: Fire your old assistant manager and get the best one you can get. (Do this by going to search on the tree menu then click staff)
Step two: Make a plan on where you want to come in the season and in the next three seasons.
Step three: Decide who you are going to release and your main transfer targets for that season.
Step four: Try and get the teams morale up and work on that.

You can be any club u want. When u have a match u mske a new user which is the team u r facin and then with the new user u put all the rubbish youth players in the first team and then play them all upfront u will win by about 27 goals.
