First of all i like the real chalenge and for that i've choosed a small team to manage.If you do the same you will have to start with a serious handicap like the shortage of the funds.If you dont have money for transfers and salaries you cant build a competitive team.Sometimes not even the money doesn't help if you manage a "no name" team.So,let's say you have a budget of 8 mil.Here is some players you can buy and you can be sure that you can sign them: Goalkeeper: Alphonse Areola(40k),Andrea Seculin(400-600k) or Silviu Lung JR(300k) Defenders:Marek Suchy(900k-1.1mil),Kyriak os Papadopoulos(1.2-1.6 mil. not one cent more) or you buy Marek and you spend a bulk of you budget(3.9 mil max.) on Nicolas Otamendi(one of the best defenders in the game) Defender Left: Jeremy Helan(250-400K or for a loan with the buying option at the end). Dfender Right: Daniel Opare(450-800k) Defensive Midfilder,Midfilder Centre:Milan Badelj(1.4-1.9 mil.) and if you are lucky,a very good player, Sergey Krivets(1.1-1.4 mil).Krivets and Badelj can cover a great area of the field(DMC,MC,ML,MR,AMC,AM L,AMC) and they are the players who can win a game by themselves. I skip the AMC,AML,AMR and i go straight to the Strikers. I strongly recomend you Andrej Kramaric (1.2-1.6 mil.),Maxim Skavish (350-450k) and Mihai Costea (300-450k). Now,with the rest of the money(if you still have some) you try to sign:Marco Verratti(he is a great player but it is difficult to sign him because he is coowned by two teams),James Rodriguez(1-1.4 mil.) Sign Jano Ananidze and Nikao for free and try also to sign Iker Muniain (maybe you are lucky). Now you have a realy good team who needs to be trained.You have to manage also the training schedules and create your own schedules : one Goalkeepers,one for Central,Left and Right Defenders,one for Defensive Midfielders,one for central,left and right Midfielders and Attacking Midfielders and another one for Strikers and Forward Centre players.Each schedule has its own setings;try to set them accordingly.For example:for the Midfielders and Attacking Midfielders schedule you have to set the following : tactics,attacking,ball control,shooting,strenght .aerobic,defending and set pieces.You have to give more importance to the tactics,ball control,attacking and shooting in the first place then follows as importance the strenght and aerobics and at the end you manage the defending and set pieces.Be carefull ,the overall training intensity of each schedule... continue → |
