1) First of all get a club but not MAN CITY, BARCELONA, REAL MADRID OR INTER MILAN

2) then set your ambitions for the season

3) the important part: for example i manage wigan and ive only got 10 million to spend YOU GO TO ADD MANAGER AND MAN CITY BUT YOU ARE STILL YOUR ORIGINAL MANAGER SO DO STEP 2 AND SET AMBITIONS THEN SEARCH YOUR TEAM WITH MAN CITY AND GO ONTO YOUR TEAM THEN GO TO YOUTH SQUAD AND DO ANY PLAYER AND MAKE A OFFER YOU WILL HAVE 100 MILLION WITH MAN CITY AND BID 100 MILLION IT WILL BE ACCEPTED AND YOU WILL BE 100 MILLION POUNDS RICHER and retire as man city manager and continue with your own club
