You bind any ghost to one of those presents that can use SURGE and when the person holding
the present enters the ciruclar room with the mental people, use it right away. Getting
the sleeping one is kinda tricky. Use Hypnos of Daydreamer to the presents and at one
point, one of the people holding the presents will enter his room. Use SLEEPWALK right
away cuz I noticed that they walk right out of his room as soon as they enter it. I also
noticed that the patients go in that room more often then the insane asylum's caretakers
or people... Good Luck!
