Gore Cheats

Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "umcgame.lgs" file in the "gorerules" folder in the main game folder. Delete all of the level descriptions before the level you wish to start at. Do not renumber the remaining level numbers. An example level description is:

I found the way to set the cheat mode on Gore. First you hit~ then you type in enable ext_help. This now opens the help part. You will see that remote access is off click it on then go back to ~ and then type in diasble ext_help. Go back to ~ then type in login developer. Now you are all set to use the cheat codes: god 0, fly 0, noclip 0, uammo 0,and any other ones you have. When you use god mode you must set it every time you move on to the next mixxion. You must login developer ever time you start the game. Some time's the number 1 will be used insted of the number 0 on the cheats.

Start a new single-player game. After the Boot Camp level is done loading, do not click the "Next" icon. Instead, press ~ to display the console window. Type remoteaccess 1 to enable remote access, then type LOGIN developer to enable cheat mode. Enter loadscenario("umc_spscenario1","") using one of the following level names. When the new level is done loading the console window will disappear. Click the "Next" icon to start the new level.

There is no need to renumber the remaining mission descriptions. Now run the game and start a new single-player game. The game will load the first mission description it finds in the edited file.
