the man that gave you this quest. When you talk to him he will tell you more about the
details about the artifact which will lead you to the next couple of quests.

the only thing theodore sais is "is marc that dufficult to find?i'd have expected more

and then when you adress him he makes some kind of twitching move, thats all he does.
