You just have to put the "Girls come everywere" and then, you should get girls everywere, so type the Weapons (Part 1) cheat and select a fast and effective weapon, go to a place were no police is and shoot all the girls. that should give you a lot, and if the police come, type the cheat that has effect "Remove Wanted Level".
