why dont the cheats work

i keep typing the cheats on the console menu and it doesnt work? whats the <0 or 1> for?

106me 50	0 Hmm... If it's for PC, which i have,well...the mods are VERY hard to do or to even read! so you might want to download them instead. Go to= http://www.strategyinformer.com/pc/mods/halocombatevolved/mod.html I don't think there are x-box cheats though.I might be wrong. Who told you that though?
