Whenever i try to add -console -devmode to the target line in shortcut propertie...


Whenever i try to add -console -devmode to the target line in shortcut properties, I get a pop up window that tells me it is an invalid target. I have XP. What's the trick.

yea i.....


i had the same thing happening it might be example/../../../.exe" -console-devmode
| |
extra space after .exe" to work and delete the one between console -devmode
but remember it dosent work on multyplayer just on LAN(i think)
spartman and (yourname) on halo custom edition multiplayer

Actually, there has to be a space between -console and -devmode for it to work.

You need to make sure you close the quote marks.

Example:
"C:\Program Files\Halo\halo.exe" -console -devmode

Replace C:\Program Files\Halo\ with the path where Halo is installed.
