Just look for it and you will find it. After the pipe maze, you'll enter the city. The first artifact is behind a pipe in the ground, next to the city entrance. To get the second, you'll need to find a lot of trains (maybe you need to climb a broken wall) and then find your way inside a building, to get to the another side of it.
