hi i have the same problem please help !!

I don't use cheats but 4 u guys that might be the problem.I'm stuck there aswell.please someone answer the question!

We need oil..anyone know how to finish that quest?

you must enter a city and you'll see a icon bottom of screnn it like a horn and you must press to the ''h'' key for anter the garrage it is simple ha

go to the town where you get the mission. after you talk to everyone in town you will see a cutscreen you get a truck to carry the oil back and forth. make you sure you read everything everyone says at the bar.

This should be more detailed then the above answer: get to the bar, and talk to a gui (not
the barman); he's going to ask for help to get oil; HE SAYS THAT THEY'LL GIVE A TANK TRUCK
TO BRING THE OIL BECK FROM THE OIL FIELD; after accepting this mission, when exiting the
city A SHORT MOVIE APPEARTS(MUST APPEAR) IN WHICH YOU "SWITCH" YOUR TRUCK WITH A LORY WITH
A TANK TRAILER. If this doesn't happen after the mission acceptance, don't botter to do
anything else, load from the last save before entering the city, and try again. I've
stumbled uppon this, and after half an hour of wondering around, i've loaded the save
before haveing this mission accepted (I thought that i had missunderstood something). I
went to the same city, talked with the same gui, accepted the same mission(so basically
done everything the same as before) BUT WHEN I EXITED THE CITY, A SHORT MOVIE APPEARED AND
I'VE SWITCHED THE TRUCKS thus being able to do the mission.

Looking at it from a multiple try I have to agree go in take the oil mission and do
nothing else. Leave the town and it should run. but save outside before you do

Actually, its becuz after you guys go into vahat(desert), you guys bought a
peacekeeper.the solution is that you CANNOT upgrade ur trucks!n another thing, after
exiting kef (after talking to the guy),qait 4 the vid to load n DON'T press esc.if not you
won't get the truck. if still you don't, then i really don't know

here is what u need to do... i had same problem with that so i found solution 1. go to kef
2. talk to CHARACTER called "MARIO" he gives u the mission and "DONT ACCEPT MISSION" 3. go
out of kef and enter the town again 4. than accept mission... while you are leaving town u
will see your vehicle leaving town as u allways do in big towns...while that dont press
"ESC" than mission will start...HOPE u all can understand this...the main thing is not to
press "ESC" while leaving "KEF"
