You have to unlock the Herbology level. Before this you have to find Triwizard Shields to
unlock Triwizard Task 1: The Dragon and then Prefects' Bathroom. I found a walkthrough
here: http://www.gamesover.com/HP4/Level1_1.htm there is the whole game's walkthrough! Good luck! I hope this will help you!
