best way i know to get money is not a cheat but its a tip.just keep collecting cans and
then sell them. i think the higher your level is the higher the price of the cans will be.

go to second city by getting a map. answer the phone and do the quests eventually you will
have to check the train station boxes and in box 3 or 4 (i cant remember now) you will
find the mayor and he will give you $50. repeat because it only takes up 2 (T)

to get alot of money
1.you need to do some of the offers that gives alot of points
2.then you need to go to sghm and sell the points for the highest possible while still
being the lowest
3.you wait for them to be sold

Note:you can also buy points but it is a waste of yyour money
