Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business Q&A

i just got the game and the cheats dont work
i keep on typing in gabbi while holding ctrl but it dosent work HELP

i'm stuck at the power plant

there's the abandoned mine with sublevel-1 but that just takes me back to the power plant

i cant get to any place from the power plant

what should i do???

i cleared the underground base and rocket launch facility and i dont know how to get out.
there are two switches at te lowest level that dont do anything you can turn them red or yellow.
it seems to me that i have to open a steel door at the rocket launch fa...
