Tactical screen is when you see your characters do actions. If you all your mercs and a
huge map, thats nit the tactical screen.

You cannot gain any other special abilities than what your custom merc already had. I
found out that in the very beginning of the game where you answer those questions, you
need to choose carefully because your merc's abilities will DEPEND on your choices.

If you don't have any abilities, then you need to open the email that the cia agency sent
to you about your profile. Then your merc will gain the abilities that was made from the
query results.
