flag problem

I got into a mission where i´ve got to retrieve a disk. The thing is, a got to the room where my mission is but there´re two bomb triggers hidden on the floor. When my soldiers go near, they ask me to put a flag. I dissarmed the bombs but the flags are still there, and they get in the way so that i cant go through, and therefore, i am enable to succed in my mission. Can anybody tell me how to take out the flags??

Different way

I know the mission you are talking about. fortunately i was able to find another way
around the flags. Instead of trying to go over them i planted a bomb on the side of the
wall (but not too close to the disk cause it will destroy it). The bomb removed the wall,
there was still a bookcase or something in the way but i threw a grenade at that to
destroy it. after that i just walked through the hole i made and was able to get the disk
without stepping on the flag. hope that helps!
