Im in pacific northwest (hidden quest) it says complete the board with no more than 3 white pearls ive been completed the board but but mores keeps coming down more and i cleared every one of them but cant never leave with 3 pearls

you need to complete the board without letting more than 3 pearls drop and form new squares, it doesn't matter how many are on the board at one time. just keep bunching them in groups of 3 to get rid of them before they reach the bottom. pick the easiest board shape and have a few practice games and i'm sure you'll be able to get it quite easily.
