if u broke the rules on chat u are silenced for 24 hours

maybe a player blocked u or u cant actually chat anymore thats all i know but if this

wait 24 hours untill you are unsilenced. if it was your third offense, your are
permanently silenced and should email the devs.

This depends on whether or not you have a perm silence.

If you have a temporary silence, you must wait 24 hours and you will be able to talk
again. Very easy.

This is much harder if you have a perm silence. If it is perm, it is very expensive to
remove your silence. To unsilence yourself, you must make it all the way to hcbc and spend
at least $10 on the game. At that point if you reset, you will be able to talk once again.
This is perfectly legal and is not a cheat! The devs put this loophole in on purpose as a
way for them to make an extra $10.

I think he means hlbc (high land build complete)! Once you have built and upgraded all
buildings possible!!

You get three strikes first time silenced for 24 hours second time 24 hours third tim
forever

Third silence for me was 93 days and only after sending a dispute to admin. I was silenced
for saying "d#ck" in world chat, spelled exactly like that too. Admin said i bypassed
their filters. My rebuttal was it could mean duck, deck, dock, etc and that i didn't
actually use profanity. Didn't matter though, 93 day silence.
