Go all the way to north on Darco Island call Bank of the Lake. You will first need to help
the boatman to fight off some monster. Then he will offer to take you to an island not
visible on your map. Look around for a local mine. Go in and there will be lots of magical
stones. Pick them up along the way. You will soon find the vial near 2 plants. It maybe a
bit tricky looking for the path in the cave, look out for a gateway to the next map of the
cave near the south of the 1st map.
