Play as the Sorceress, then hold the Right Mouse Button and press V. Release the Right Mouse Button and press V again. If done correctly, the beam from the wand will be active until the Right Mouse Button is clicked again.

If you have the eye bow, shoot the eye arrow (the one you can see though with) at your feet while jumping. Use with armour for best efects.
