These happen on holidays and other times. when they happen, my suggestion is to buy the highest lvl unique item/mech you can afford, cuz they may not come around ever again, and ur gonna want it when u reach the lvl requirement. it's really helpful, but don't get shadow rockets or icbm's or firecrackers or stuff like that cuz u can get them outside of war.
