go to town hall in planet westion
fight 100enemy

then a guy will talk to you
and folow him to his home planet

there you will se a guy with some guns

talk to him and click duel!

if you win(hp:500)
get your free ng

P.S:the next time you want to go there
just look at the map in soluna citi
