HAHAHAHA i found out how to get flight clearence to the moon. in your faces not really
to get the flight clearence you have to go to the dean and do all of his quests. when your done with that he will tell you in the mail thing that you have to go to the white castle (you do not need a star captain to get in) then the guy floating on the chair will grant you flight clearence.
his name is slugworth or someting like that
