I Bet You Are Haveing Trouble In The Quest Order #66. Yah Me Too Until I Pimped Out My Mech. You Should Be At Least Level 8 Before You Start This Quest. Oh You Need Level 35 Black Belt in Energy Blades 101. Weapons And Armor You Will Need To Own!!! All Of This Will Cost About 9250!

Location - Tek's Mechs

1.Front Arm - Energy Sai
Cost - $2200
Level - 5
Location - Energy Blade 101 Class

2.Back Arm - Solar Mega Blaster
Cost - $5000
Level - 5
Location - Tek's Mechs

3.Back Shoulder - Sling Missile(1*)
Cost - $1050
Level - 8
Location - Tek's Mechs

Now Someone Is Probally Dead You Or The Rat, Try Not To Miss Or You Will Probally Die Easily!

You could also use Used Electron Sniper instead of enegry sai if u dont wanna waste your time to get blk belt
