This is the only one to not have one, if it did you would be given information about him,
just like you do when wallace and Edward the 1st come onto the scene

Actually there is a hero, he is your king when you first start the game, however there is
no cut scene or a special army that comes with him.

ireland is *** i mean you don't have a good army and you start out sprea out with 6 or
7 territories

you can kick the english out of ireland fairly well. and then you can have a great economy
and because you controll the entire island you don't have to fear that much from
invasions.
farther more you indeed start with the king which is also your faction leader and fairly
strong.

Ireland have good cavalry but that's it

Who needs good units when you can just edit one of the game files to get 20 full troops of
cavalry per army? I had two armies of full heavy cavalry seiging a castle while I
commanded a half-heavy cavalry half-seige army and it went amazing :D
