Chivalry is like a good alignment and dread is evil. If anyone plays RPG games you should
know that a good alignment means your allies get a moral boost and if your evil then your
enemies get a moral drop.

In short, Chivalry means your army won't run, dread means the enemy WILL!

If you have a strong army but they are easily scared then the moral boost will help, if
you have strong enemies but they are scared easy then having a dread boost is good.

How to get them: The simplest way is to capture units during battle for ransom (Use light
cavalry to get the most) and then when u get the ransom screen, release makes u chivalric,
executing makes u dreadful...
Ransom is like passing the choice to them, but then they get the increase, not you.

I suggest, when you start down one path for a general, don't change... If you have high
chivalry then you will have to decrease than COMPLETELY before you can start getting
dread, this is bad because you start losing the bonus in battles until you start getting
into the other alignment.
