I have spent hours trying to get this to work. Could somebody please explain a little better about what the hell a command line is and how to use it and maybe the whole command that you have to enter to get this to work? There are people out there that don't have a clue about command lines and how they work. Like myself for example. I know a little about MS Dos commands but please give me the exact and whole command so that I can do this before I take my baseball bat to this computer. Thank you

Click the start menu. Pick run. Then type in the place there the MGSI.exe is.

For me this is: c:/games/solid/MGSI.exe

So to activate this I type: c:/games/solid/MGSI.exe -cheatenable

The directory it's in for you will be different but you do it the same way.

If your MGSI.exe is in C:/program files/metal gear solid/

then you type: C:/program files/metal gear solid/MGSI.exe -cheatenable

You have to know where your game is at to get it to work.
