Start a free ride mode. Select the desert area surrounded by cliffs and
choose any bike and any rider. When you start go forward and soon you
will see a cliff. Hit it straight on while going fast and the bike will
climb up the cliff. If the rider falls off it doesn't matter, as long as
the bike lays on the cliff-top. You will be back on the bike on top of
the cliff. If you drive forward you will hit a mine. There will be a
bang and you will be thrown from the cliff - higher than the clouds!
