Unlockable - How to get pets in neopets!!

This a cheat to get pets in neopets even if the pound is down for maintenance. Go to www.neopet.com.make an account and pet and after that if u go to the neopian pound to adopt a neopet, it will be closed.go and put your arrow at the MY ACCOUNT then click CREATE A NEOPET and after it create one neopet after you created one click your name at the Topleft of your screen and after it you will see there 2 neopet.
