ok here i go


first you must have all 8 badges from johto then you will get a boat ticket from prof elm
go to olivine city and catch the boat you should be in vermillion city go to lavender town
and go down the water place and there will bea a house and inside a guy will ask u if u
like fishing (say yes) and he will give you the super rod
