it depends u have to get them traded from another game but heres what u do first look him
up on the pokedex if u have seen him
go to where that is then go in the gr*** but use a repel move around in the same place and
go in and out of a building and sooner or later ull have one

You must look around in all of the grass patches in johto after they ran away from the
tower. Suicune(swee-coon)you can find by scaring it away from 3 hiding spots (find it on
your own), and then finally it battles you. Entei and Raikou hide in any of the grass, you
should use repel and have around a level 40 pokemon with you. Once you find them at least
once, you can go to your pokedex, find their name, and press "area". It shows you where
that particular one is hiding. They hop places every time you change your area (like when
the bar at the bottom says the name of the route or the town when you arrive), so it's
sort of hard. You'd need a good ball, though, because they're fast and if your ball fails
they tend to flee.
